Ground Up— We have managed approximately 1.5 million square feet of new construction.  These projects were taken permitting to construction to leasing to tenant move-in.  This is inclusive of precast and post tension concrete parking structures

Office Interiors— We have created office space(s) of all forms; Large and small, lavish and cheap, in Boston with views and a basement along Rt 9. We have done it all from a typical office with café and conference room to a Doctor’s office with a data center.

Retail—Locally owned or a national franchise our experience is an asset to your team.  We have the experience with many varieties of retail: jewelry, high end, coffee, restaurant, clothing, perfume…

We know what the malls want and expect during construction facilitating a quick and smooth move-in for you.

Historical—Our first projects were of a Historical nature.  Restoring 19th century homes to their original grandeur.  We also were part of an adaptive re-use of Sayles Gymnasium at Brown University.  Essentially gutting the interior to install seven technologically state of the art teaching areas.  Each classroom’s podium has touch panel controls to operate the blinds, lights and projector/ screen.  These are now the most sought after teaching facilities at the University.
